BRIEF PROFILE and LANGUAGES (for evangelization): 

She is a girl from a practicing Catholic family, she has always attended Church by participating in Sunday Mass, even if she did not understand the meaning of it. At the age of 15, after a vocational meeting organized by the nuns of her town, she understood that she had to give her life to the Lord. While she was going through a dark period she met Sister Veronica on FB and began to do vocational discernment with her; after various experiences in other communities, where she did not find peace, she decided to begin the journey of experience with the Little Nuns of Jesus and Mary. During her experience with the psgm she is also learning the guitar.

BRIEF PROFILE and LANGUAGES (for evangelization): 
She had been attending the Neocatechumenal for ten years, often attracted not only by the light of Christ but also by that of the world, she studied and worked at a private nursery school. She participated in the World Youth Day, held in Lisbon in August 2023, already with many doubts about the choice to dedicate herself to a married life with her then boyfriend. During the trip she experienced moments and had encounters that changed her life perspective. When she returned home she entered into a crisis and insistently looked for someone with whom to do vocational discernment. She was invited to a mass, on a Saturday evening, in a parish where Friar Volantino, Sister Veronica and Sister Effata were on a mission. About a month later, encouraged by a friend, met during the WYD, she decided to speak with Sister Veronica and begin the discernment with her, which currently led her to walk with the pfsgm Community.

Sister BENEDETTA

BRIEF PROFILE and LANGUAGES (for evangelization): 
Her parents being members of Neocatechumenal Way, she has attended Church since she was little and has participated in the Neocatechumenal Charism since the age of 13. She attended the University of Nursing Sciences for 2 years with the ambition of becoming a nurse specializing in emergency and critical areas. She met the Little Friars and the Little Nuns of Jesus and Mary for the first time during a mission, wanted by the parish priest, in the parish where she attended the Neocatechumenal Way, where she met Sr. Veronica for the first time with whom, after a long chat, she left her phone number. After months, from that meeting, and a long dark period, she decided to get back in touch with her to try to understand God's will in her life and therefore to begin a journey of vocational discernment and after a first brief experience in the community of the Little Friars and Little Nuns of Jesus and Mary she asked to be admitted to the Community to begin the experience of 6 consecutive months.

BRIEF PROFILE and LANGUAGES (for evangelization):
As a child, she dedicated short poems to Jesus, which she then collected in her heart diary. Fascinated by the Word of God that she heard during Holy Mass, she wondered why not everyone acted as Jesus taught. She suffered from the inconsistency of adults who, instead of making peace and loving each other, argued and spoke ill of each other. This behavior of Christians, in particular, formed in her the conviction that the Christian, in fact, was synonymous with "do what I say but not what I do". Consequently, the choice with respect to the Lord materialized in her, like this: "God yes, the Church no!". For this reason, she sought God elsewhere. The sincerity of her heart, however, did not go unnoticed by Him who sees everything (Mt 1:19). Many years will have to pass, many experiences, much pain and tears will have to pass before the lost sheep will let itself be found by the Good Shepherd (Lk 15), who has waited for it during the years of its search for true Love waiting to find it without any success. 2014 was the year of the turning point, when she decided to dedicate a month a year to make walking pilgrimages, during which she experienced abandonment in the hands of God and his Divine Providence. She will arrive on October 6, 2020, when, at the age of 51, she hears the voice of the Lord in her heart asking her: “How would you like the Church? My church is you!” From that moment she became aware of being a living member of the Church of Christ, and decides to give herself totally to God saying to him: “I want to die for you as You died for me”. Two years later, in 2022, she met the religious community of the Little Friars and Little Nuns of Jesus and Mary, with whom she began a journey of vocational discernment with the desire to testify with her own life the coherence of faith that she had sought since she was a child.
