Why do we go on these long-range pilgrimages, completely dependent on divine providence? (Answer below...)











In our long-range pilgrimages of total dependence on divine providence, we prayerfully select a destination (like Lourdes, Fatima, etc.) and set off without taking anything for the journey, as the Gospel clearly describes (cf. Lk. 9:3). The aim is to meet many people, who, seeing us on the road and in need, can help us - and in that moment, through us, the Lord can evangelize them in their own cars or homes (etc.)...given that in such pilgrimages we meet many people who are altruistic but (oftentimes) very far from the Catholic Sacraments and from the Church...
